Over the last month our staff members have been running an internal Food Drive in support of Knights Table in an effort to help alleviate hunger. We were thrilled to fill a cargo van full of food that was delivered on December 21st. To match the efforts of our tremendous staff, Bristol Car and Truck Rentals topped it off with a $2500.00 cash donation.
For over 27 years Knights Table has served the needs of people dealing with issues of poverty and homelessness in the Peel Region along with delivering social support programs.
The Knights Table assists clients regardless of colour, culture, religion, economic status, gender, sexual orientation or social condition. They are supported by various levels of government, businesses, charitable foundations, groups, churches and individuals. With their assistants the Knights Table is open 365 days a year and serves over 79,000 meals annually.
Bristol is proud to support and donate to an organization that helps people to achieve their full potential. As well as, providing a food bank, hot meals and other services to the people of Brampton who deal with the daily issues of hunger, poverty and homelessness.
